Certainly!!!

BTW, Ferwerda in the excellent reference "The World of 3-D" has an 
entire chapter (ch. 9) devoted to this subject: "Convergence, 
Advantages and Disadvantages".  This is very well written and worth 
studying.  The last sentence reads: "You can also deduce from
this formula that the 'convergence angle' should be smaller
than 3 degrees."  So, if Dave Spacey has done the geometry
right :-) then 1:30 should not be a problem.
