According to the Fuji professional Data Guide:

Provia 100F (RDP III) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 8
Velvia (RVP) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 9
Provia 100 (RDP II) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 10
Astia 100 (RAP) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 10
Sensia II 100 (RA) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 10
MS 100/1000 (RMS) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 10 @ ISO 100
MS 100/1000 (RMS) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 11 @ ISO 200
MS 100/1000 (RMS) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 13 @ ISO 400
MS 100/1000 (RMS) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 15 @ ISO 800
MS 100/1000 (RMS) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 16 @ ISO 1000
Provia 400 (RHP) has a diffuse RMS granularity of 15

One should note, however, that along with the RMS value, Fuji always states
"resolving power" as an equal indicator of a film's performance. In some
films, the resolving power is greater, even though the RMS value is higher
and vice-versa. And as stated in their Data Guide, Velvia still has the
highest resolving power of all the Fuji films.
