P3D Fudging with depth charge.

I have the depth charge plug-in and I know it allows me
to view a JPS image in a number of different formats. My
question is, if you prepare an image originally as a
cross-view at say, 500x300 resolution and then pick full-
screen, interleaved image for viewing with V-Rex or some
such, how much image degradation is there? I would like
to strike a happy medium between a managable download and
an immersive full screen experience.
