P3D realist mounts and stereo cards

Disclaimer *By asking questions about Realist mounts and Stereo cards in the 
same posting please realize that I am not trying to pick a fight on this 
seemingly volatile topic.*

I have never entered a stereo competition but would like to in the near 
future.  I know that Realist mounts are the standard and almost universal 
format for slides.  My only question is, where can I buy them?

As far as stereo cards go, I have seen only one entry form for these and it 
requested a 3.5" X 7" card for all entries.  Does this mean that the stereo 
pair can be any size I want it to on that card, or is there a standard here 
I am unaware of?
