P3D Lenticular Print Processing

I just received a request for help from someone who bought one of the
disposable stereo cameras and wants to know where she can get the film
processed as lenticular prints.  I remember there has been some
discussion on the latest move of this processing facility.  If someone
knows the details, address etc. please send it to me at my email address
below so I can maybe provide the requested assistance.  Thanks
