In my opinion, the charm of antique stereoviews lies in their having
been produced by hand, and in relatively small quantities. (There are
obvious exceptions like Keystone.) Litho views have the double
disadvantage of having been machine produced in mass quantities, and also
being of relatively poor resolution compared with photographic emulsion.

As litho views go, the Sears set is of very high quality. They are very
easy to come by, of course, but the challenge lies in putting together a
complete set in top condition.
