P3D web admin interface ready for test

The web interface for the mailing lists is now ready for
testing (it's still a bit experimental). If you try it and
have problems, drop me a note telling me as many details as
possible.

You can get to it at:

http://calcite.rocky.edu/photo-3d/sub.html

This will allow subs, unsubs, and changes in mail delivery
options for all 4 lists. 

The list will continue semi-moderated - you'll have to be
approved to join, but once on, your postings go through 
immediately (assuming no e-mail problems).
