P3D Re: Realist Slide Storage

What else can I say? I think Paul covered it very well.
But here are a few thoughts:

>Now of course I happen to have an economic incentive to
>promote use of these pages. But the truth is I invented
>these pages because I needed them for my own use, and was
>using them for well over a year before starting to sell them.

And you might notice that I am listed as a "vendor" for this
product. That's only because use it and love it!

Lately, I have been making good use of these slide pages. The
63 rolls I mentioned earlier yielded 200+ good stereo pairs
in RBT mounts, all stored in two ring binders. I just brought
one at work today and will bring the other tomorrow. I have
projected all these slides while keeping them organized in the
slide pages (pull one out, project, pull another, project, place
the first back in its slot, etc.) When I see a good projected
image, I put a small cross at the bottom (or 2 if it is a super
image!) Later, when it comes time to select images for
competitions I just review the pages (10 slides at a glance)
and pull out the ones with the crosses.

To make sure that a slide returns back it its place, you can
write with a marker the title of the slide (or number) in its
plastic pocket. This is the system I follow for the slides I
enter in PSA exhibitions. Each slide gets a sequential number
which is also written in the plastic pocket so the slide will
always return in the same location. This system allows me to
keep track of some of my best slides.

You? No!!!! Yes, I can do it too!

You are telling me!!! I have never been able to find
slide stored in boxes... Always the same story: I know I
have this slide somewhere, but where is it???

Great idea!

Thanks Paul!
