P3D Slide duping

Two questions:

Does anyone know a reliable and inexpensive source to get 2x2x2 slide pairs 
duped in quantities of 10 or more? The lab I usually use in New York (Duggal) 
is VERY good, but they charge $1.50 per dupe in quantities of 10 from the 
same slide.  That's $3.00 a stereo pair.

Next:  Does anyone know a reliable and inexpensive source to get 3x5 prints 
made from 35 mm slides, or  3x3 prints made from realist format slides?  (for 
use on stereo view cards)
