P3D U.S. Postal Service Comics

Hi all,

I found the following in the 3DNEWS july issue (From the Stereo
Club of Southern California) which is freely available on the www.
Is there another way to get one of these comic books ?
(e)Mail address ? Website ? I'm quite sure it's impossible to
dial those '800' numbers from outside the USA.
Any help would be appreciated
