National lists the LH0002 as obsolete, but I found a place that
apparently still makes it or has a source of supply:

A higher performance unit is the CLM6121. (100Mhz - 3db, 1200 V/uS slew,
200ma output, 1 megohm input, avaliable in 8 lead package ). Dunno
how obtainable it might be, though.
