YES!  Bad prints are due to bad processing.

Have you tried to read the manual for the RBT S1???  It is written in
Japanese-English... Impossible to understand!  That's why we have a list
for RBT S1 users!  And Bill Costa I think is working on "translating" the
manual to English!
