If anyone in the Rochester NY area wants to see a 3D screening of
"Silent Madness," you will have your chance.  As one of my final acts as
film programmer at George Eastman House, I programmed a "3D Halloween
Weekend."  Here's the schedule:

Friday, October 29, 8pm:  FRIDAY THE 13TH, PART III (polarized)
Saturday, October 30, 2pm:  THE MAZE (anaglyph)
Saturday, October 30, 8pm:  HOUSE OF WAX (polarized)
Sunday, October 31, 8pm:  SILENT MADNESS (polarized)

Released at the tail end of the 1980s 3D boom (and thus relegated to
undeserved obscurity), SILENT MADNESS stars Belinda Montgomery and
Viveca Lindfors(!) in a terrifying story of a cat-and-mouse,
life-and-death hunt for a psychotic killer.
