I'm going according to my experience with the Olympus Pen-FT,
the half-frame SLR. The normal lenses, an f/1.8 and a flat f/2.8,
were both 38mm. The 'short' telephoto was 60mm. And the next
step beyond that was 90mm.

Going to an even smaller format on 16mm film, my Minolta-16II
had a 22mm lens, and my Canon 110ED, 25mm.
