I did not get to Lindau and have not heard of this before so the only way
at the moment that I can imagine this working is for it to be a form of
red/green anaglyph system. Interference filters would give more
monochromatic light with far less chance of "cross talk" between the two
channels but it would not seem possible to project full colour.
