P3D Wirgin wind lever screw

Hello everyone,
I lost the attaching screw from the center of the wind lever of my Wirgin 
stereo camera.  The head would be about 1/4" dia with two little holes for a 
tool to tighten it.  I haven't had any luck finding a replacement locally.  
Does anyone have one that I could purchase ?
Maybe from a non-stereo Wirgin or Edixa cheap camera.
Where could I send it for repair ?   Thanks for you help,   Walter Wolff
