Being a stamp collector, the best way to locate stamps with a particular
theme - called Topical Collecting, is to visit some of the various
philatelic web sites. Also visit sites put up by stamp dealers who will
gladly advise you of any specific subject of interest. This can be done for
stamps of the United States, Canada or any country issuing stamps.

You might also consider the stamps of Bhutan. They usually offer some
strange ones such as Lenticulars and Record Stamps and Coin Stamps. The
country makes money selling these items to Philatelists, even though they
are legitimate postal issues. I like Bhutan Stamps because of the
lenticulars and many have been issued over the years. Incidentally, Bhutan
Record Stamps are actual tiny little records that play music and sounds.

Some time ago, I came across a web site that listed every 3D stamp ever
issued by every country issuing stamps and postal stationary. Mostly
lenticular and holographic types. If there is interest, I'll post it if I
first find it. It makes it easy for collectors of 3D to purchase stamps
because their country and date of issue is listed, a description of the
item and Scott #.
