I received my first shipment of 3Discover this summer through Cygnus
Graphics. I was enormously impressed, who wants to peep at VM :-) when you
have 3Discover? (As an aside: The viewer lenses are small, yes, so I
wondered if anybody had tried to cut up the 3D cassette and remount the
film in RBT full frame mounts for better viewing?)

So, when my wife and I enjoyed a short holiday in Washington DC, I
naturally watched out for more 3Discover films at all the usual tourist
sites. Needless to say, nothing. Washington is pretty 2-dimensional in its
tourist trade, I would say, except for Arlington Cemetery where a re-packed
VM set of Washington DC was sold (blue viewer, orange knob). It had the 3
Washington reels plus an extra sample reel in the viewer.

The point is: if there are no stereo souvenirs marketed at such obvious
tourist attractions, then yes, not surprisingly no-one ever hears about
these companies.
