P3D Java applet again

I hate to interrupt the fascinating debate about my age 
and the politics of aesthetics, but...

I've had one person report that the Stereoscope Java 
applet interferes with his browser (Netscape on a Mac) 
even without clicking on the button. Has anyone else 
experienced this phenomenon? 

Oh, and by the way, I'll be 47 on December 11. Ugh.
