P3D time to organize and new lighter D batteries

Well, I have been doing so many 3-D photo shoots that
I realize that it is time to organize my supplies and
my finished images.
If you think you don't need to to do this, then feel
free to skip the message.
I picked up a large Pelican case (with pick and pluck
foam), the one with a handle and wheels. Since I do
mostly location (studio style) photography this is
very handy, and allows me to have all of my cameras
and flashes and accessories in one "easy to wheel"
case. Also it is waterproof and practically
indestructible.
For the slides I use the Paul Talbot slide pages to
store the spicer mounts (both from www.rmm3d.com) and
I store the pages in the (sort of) dust proof archival
3ring binders from (www.berezin.com/3d/). They have a
carrying handle that works out great.
And my latest aquisition is from Flamboau (sp?). If
anyone needs to know the exact model I will look it
up. It is meant for storing small tools and that sort
of thing. It has a clear top and sectional dividers
that I made into sections for the spicer mounts before
they are used. I labled each section with what mount
goes in it (I take advantage of almost every type of
mount made, so it had been getting confusing, 7p,
7pcloseup, 5p, 5pcloseup, 4p, 7plandscape,
5plandscape). I have room for my polaroid film
splicer, silver tape, and other bits of needed stuff.
I also decided to go through (while watching tv) and
pop out all of the center thingies in the mounts when
I put them into the storage box. I think this will
make mounting even quicker for me.
Now onto the batteries. A new type of rechargable
battery is on the market. Nihm batteries are a type
of battery often used in laptop computers. Well, now
energizer makes them in AA, C, and D sizes. They
aren't cheap, but they put out more power than other
rechargables, they last alot longer, and can be
recharged about 1000 times. The thing I like best is
that 2 D batteries seemed to wiegh less than 1 normal
non rechargable D battery. Now my Kodaslide2 is ALOT
lighter!
