Exhaustive indeed.  Norm Henkels was kind enough to forward by e-mail a
copy of the text for this comprehensive article. 86K of text!

A well written piece, thoroughly addressing antique stereoviews to Realist
to Imax, with many quotes and much reference to members of the Stereo Club
of San Diego. 

If anyone wants the text alone e-mail me privately and I'll forward a copy.
