The lenses are built like a rock into the camera. The film
gates are of course rock-solid. I cannot imagine what could be
causing this problem.
Unless if Lynn is looking at tight close-ups. The S1 does not
have a built-in stereo window. Any picture will require some
shifting of the chips to set the proper stereo window and this
becomes more noticeable in close-ups. The camera can focus as
close as 0.6m (about 2ft). A close-up at this range will
require a 7p mount for sure. If that's not the problem, then a
close examination of the camera is highly recommended.
