On re-reading my post of last night, I am dismayed by my negative and
unconstructive tone. I think I owe an apology to P3Ders, and especially
Tom and George, for my uncivil invective. After all, getting in a snit
over someone else's bickering is rather the pot calling the kettle
black, isn't it?

I should have taken my own advice and gone for a walk around the block
before attempting to compose a more diplomatic response.

I am not opposed to lively debate, it's the only way we can get at the
"truth."

Even so, both of you seem to get along with everybody else, surely you
can contradict one another in a rational manner. Not that I expect you
to be gentlemen all the time. Obviously, I'm certainly not.
