Just curious... why the urge to replace the lenses in an F40? They are not
responsible for the flare which plagues these cameras and the resulting lack
of contrast which gives the IMPRESSION of inferior lenses... I know of F40s
owners who have overcome the flare problems and having done so see results
from the original factory lenses which are quite good...
