Somebody has either done this once or at least attempted it.  I seem to
recall reading about it some time back so you might want to check the
archives.  Again, if my foggy brain recalls the info correctly, it was
simply mentioned.  There was no step-by-step procedure as there is for
other twinning projects.  Perhaps one of our illustrious camera hackers
can pursue this further?  I'd happily donate a few disposables. :-) :-)
