I'm afraid I haven't yet been able to get hold of the full article, only
the abstract - but it's on my list of *things to do* :)

Was any kind of consensus ever reached over the best way to photograph
close-up objects? I haven't seen a response to my question on lens
separation and convergence... suggestions would be most helpful!
