Sensuous and sensual do not have to be sexual or erotic.
Boris Starosta's images are erotic and sensual.
A view of a rusty bulldozer in a swamp with a nice sunset can also be
sensual.
Not all erotica is sensual either. It can be just sexual as we saw in
Dr. Phillip's Hooters sight.
It has a lot to do with your mood. Or the mood that is a created.

When I say a slide can be sensuous, it has a lot to do with the medium.
Shining a light through a thin transparent film is more simplistic and
natural than looking at millions of blipping little pixels while a CPU
hums in your ear. Resolution has little to do with it.
Viewing film (slides or prints) has a calming effect for me. But that's
just me and my opinion.
