P3D Is There Such A Tool

I've found a way to make a fortune unless such a devise already exists.
Imagine an expandable rectangular metal frame that measures 4X6 ( the
size of a full-frame 35mm reprint) As you expand the X axis, y adjusts
accordingly to maintain a full frame aspect ratio. So if we expand the Y
dimension from 4" to 5", then the length X would expand to 7.5"
representing a full frame 35mm image. This frame would then be placed
over a 5X7 print to demonstrate how much image area is lost enlarging to
5X7 etc.
In addition I would like to have a 4X6 super-elastic image made of
rubber that I could stetch to any dimension up to 12X18' or so to
illustrate to people just how silly there " desired" image would look if
it COULD be printed to their requested size WITHOUT cropping. Wouldn't
that be great! :-)
