P3D not the first first

Sorry, but it was already in that digest four times.  :^)

This relates to the odd fact that the word "first" can be found in 
all of the  November digests except one.  That's 35 digests so far.

To make it even weirder, the only digest without the word "first" 
this month is digest #3576, which came to me on 11/1.  That's right, 
on November FIRST!
