P3D Re: "Tomorrow"

It was great reading some of the responses on this thread from
list members and friends who are continuing to _live_ despite
not being "young" anymore. Stereo photography certainly gives
a window on "tomorrow" (take the pun if you want!) and has surely
been a good thing for me. I would only add that I am so insistent
on its supporting relationships for me because I don't have what
a lot of others may take for granted (but if they do they will
probably lose them), namely a wife and kids. I also expect that
there is another life after this, and have faith in God to take
me from one to the other.

Most of this has come out in one thread or another, but I am
53, having run a college recording studio for eight years,
producing nine weekly radio broadcasts, including a 4-hour
classical music program; then bus driving for 10 years; and now
teaching in a Lutheran parochial school. My stereo photography
fits in well with that, and also supports my interest in
railroads as well as my bicycle trips alone and with kids
from school. My slides are my contribution to my relationships
with an intensely creative and independent group of friends.
