P3D Re: PHOTO-3D digest
I have not been into my offrice that much recently although last
Friday the doctor told me I was doing "really well". The knee is
slowly getting there.
I saw some comments in here about black and white slides. As I
recall, there is (was) a journal about biological (medical)
photography. Back in 1962 or 63, they published a paper about taking
a film like Panotomic-X and, using "normal" developers, getting B&W
slides.
I did a lot of this into the late '60s when I was in graduate school
but have not tried it since then. As I recall, the results were
pretty good and, for a graduate student, the price was right. I had
to buy film but then could use the departmental darkroom and the
chemicals there.
Maybe somebody knows of this method. I really do not.
