P3D VM Mark II film transport

I have a View-Master Mark II camera with a film transport problem. When you 
push the knob the film transportion wheel isn't transporting the film. 
Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

1. Is is possible to fix this yourself?
2. Does anybody have instructions (copy of a booklet?) how to take this 
camera apart (in a way it is possible to put everything together again).
