P3D Video / Computer Shutter Glasses needed

I have seen some models of shutter glasses.

I need;

1: an overview of how they work, for TV's and Computer Monitors
2: who makes them.
3: feedback on which ones are good / bad.

I've just digitized a slide show and the next step is to prepare them for
video. Ideally I'll be able to dub out to ONE VHS tape and wear the shutter
glasses and watch the stereo images on one TV. Do Computer Monitors also use
the interlace method of displaying stereo images?
