The subject of the Polaroid "Instant" 35mm slide films comes up here
periodically.

The "Polachrome" color film is at best a curiosity, perhaps useful as a
quick test tool for stereography, because its resolution is so low (apparent
grain is VERY high).  The "Polapan" B&W film is better in this regard,
although I've not run it through a stereo camera, only a mono SLR.

It's not clear how stable any of these "instant" films will turn out to be
in the long term, either.  I find it difficult to believe that a ~two-minute
process can fully stabilize the image.
