Hi David,

I think the slowness is strictly a function of the file sizes. With a
JPS image, and it's many excellent viewing choices available, many who
use them provide a somewhat higher resolution image than the typical
small quick loading web page picture. They will of course take much
longer to download.

Maybe the solution for web sites, is to provide two sizes?
