P3D Need A Life ?

If anyone ever needs to " get a life" may I suggest stereo
photography.:-) Here's another theoretical shot I wonder if anyone has
tried!
Many TV commercials today are familiar and include long panning scenes
across the product etc. What if I used a single SLR, tripod, 1/30 sec
and motor drive/continuous advance to photograph the TV during a
parallel panning scene. Wouldn't the image appear 3D? :-)
Of course the pan must be slow enough, not rotational etc. I observe
scenes all the time that would be stereo worthy using this technique.
Has anyone attempted this? Or should I be producing these images under
secrecy, publish my results, and have Dr. T sell the book? Any ideas? (
on the shot that is...:-)) Mark Dottle
