Hey, he figured out how to get on without any help, he can figure out how to 
get off.  If one throws out the email that says "SAVE THIS EMAIL: 
UNSUBSCRIPTION INSTRUCTIONS", one deserves to have one's mailbox filled with 
crut d'poste.
