Someone recently asked about a flash attachment for a Kodak stereo. 
Right now there's a Kodak flash holder (old flashbulbs) on eBay...

I bought something like this from Dalia a while back and wired a hot
shoe into the cable.  It makes a great flash attachment and works well
for me.
