P3D LINK TO WHO?

Larry, no one should be compelled to give anything away.  The NSA has
to make some money to give us what they do give us.  Give us enough 
to spark our interest, to gain new membership.  The rest we get by being
members.  It is because,  perhaps, the most vocal members of this group 
are rehashing what has already been hashed out that others move on
and leave us behind.  Something I just recently learned myself. If the NSA
gave us a bite, a glossary perhaps, and told us why it was so important for
us to support them and what they had to offer us in exchange for our 
membership, then I would support them.  I think several people have 
mentioned the NSA, but it wasn't until I saw the NSA here, interested in
us, that I became interested in them. 

If I were one of you, I do not think that I would link to them, since they 
are competing with you.  However, if you would get out of your circle, this 
stereo circle, and see that you can link to others out there, other 
photographers, other artists, other scientists, other writers and share your 
site with them:  spread the word  then you would have more members for 
yourselves and NSA.  Then, perhaps the industries would better appreciate 
this scientific artform.  

NSA must recruit its members and if they did not compete with you on 
every level:  books, equipment, etc., then perhaps you would link to them
and word of their great  work would  be spread, memberships would increase 
and there would be no need for them to compete with you.  And 
no reason , except greed and greed is what destroys us.  Until I looked at
their site, I never realized such an association had so much to offer.  

We are being watched, but I refuse to be ingenuine to please anyone.  I would
rather do it alone than be enslaved.  Manipulate me all you want, but do 
not attempt to enslave me.  I will join NSA when I get the time and the funds 
and equipment I need to get started on this work.  I will promote 
you my friends, when you set me free.  When you let me see that you will
be kind to each other.  Honest, but kind.  By the way, if you are wondering
why I see what is missing and not what is there, it is because I am a mother.
When there is chaos, I establish a chain of command.  Amber, you tell 
Olivia what she does not see.  Olivia, you tell Amy what she does not see.
Amy, you tell Kelsey what she doesn't see.  And when you are all through,
I will tell you if you are through.  And no arguing.

 With adults I do it a little differently.  .  Gene is getting ready to go  
to the airport.  The kids are cleaning up there room and we have an hour to 
get everything done.  Will calls in and a waterhose is busted.  He has no 
tools. Zeke calls in and wants his check.  This is what I do:  Tell Zeke that 
if he will  come in and help Will get his machine fixed and mix teflon, that 
I will get Gene focused on getting his check made out for him.  Zeke not only 
does that , but sweeps the kitchen floor as well.  I give him a big hug.  I 
orchestrate it and everyone gets their part done on time and we have one 
extra hour to visit with Gene at the airport.

 I am an artist and a writer and a mother.  I do the best that I can in all 
areas.  For the first time in my life, I am getting to do what I want to do.  
So, please, NSA and everyone else out there who has something to say, speak 
up.  Who has time to speak for someone else?  And what right does someone 
have to speak for someone else anyway?  When one friend tells me to tell 
someone else something, I tell them, you tell them yourselves.  I will link 
to you, as long as you do not compete with me, but speak for you , I will 
not.  If someone doesn't like
me,  my speaking for you may damage your image anyway.    All I can do 
is appreciate you.  That is all that I can do.  It is up to you to be the 
best 
you can be and to fulfill your own vision. 

Leave this stereo realm and look for those to befriend and link to -- based 
on character.  You will always attract yourselves, so have character and do 
not be vulnerable to brutal, people like Raz, who destroy you and then take 
your ideas.  You do realize that I am only using him as a symbol here and 
donnot really know 
him at all.   So, gang, shape up, listen to everyone and link to who you can. 
Join
other lists and make friends.  Support them all in all different sizes and 
forms. 

If you can invent a better mousetrap do it, but that mousetrap may already be 
invented.  The longer you sit on it, the more likely someone else will 
perfect it.  
Fear is our greatest enemy, no matter what closed circle we find ourselves in.
Do not be intimidated.  You have as much right to exist here as anyone else .
And you are just as creative as the next guy.  So why copy anyone?  No one
is omnipotent.  Not even me.  Know your value and if anyone tries to make
you doubt your value, then become suspicious of that person.  But don't break
up a potential friendship over mere suspicion.  Ask:  why, when, where, how,
what.  And only in reference to their perception of you, because their percep-
tion of someone else is probably off anyway.  Make your own judgements based
on facts uncovered by the  5 magic questions:  why, when, where, how and 
what.  

I watch you because I care.  But I must unsubscribe for awhile, to get some 
work
done.  Take care of each other while I am gone.  Appreciate each other.  Share
information with each other.  The world is a big place.  If you get out 
there, you 
will find that there is no need to compete with each other.  

Now, I need your help.  I have a friend who is a great photographer and drove 
the industry to create  panorama cameras for him.  I think he would make a 
great
book.  Does anyone know of a good writer that I could send to him?  He is 84 
years old and very dynamic.  I would like to hear the human side of his story.
I think that it would be a lesson to us all.  I will find my writer.  But I 
would
appreciate it if any of you knows of someone.  I would also like to say that 
I think Rod Sage is very creative and that there is nothing wrong with 
questioning
something.  Wasn't it Rod that gave us space dog?  and other creative images?
