Umm,  Teri.  The NSA is us.  We are it.  It is not some large multinational
corporation trying to extract our hard earned pennies for the purposes of
enriching its stockholders.  It is an organisation by which we perform
services for ourselves and support one another as a collective.  Its
functions are not without cost and thus we support it through our
membership.  But in the end, it is still us.
