I've been out of town at SPIE - explains the late reply.

About six days ago, David Kesner kindly listed an old page of mine as a
good free-viewing tutorial.  Although the page still exists (I've learned
never to erase older pages from the web), I published a much better one
last year:

This does focus on cross-viewing.
