P3D Toy Story2

There are V-M reels of Toy Story 2.  They are great,
and remind me of my favorite type of V-M reels, the
ones that were made with sculptures.

Pixar loves stereoscopic stuff.  I remember many years
ago when I was there they had a back lit lenticular
from "Tin Toy".

I wonder if Toy Story 2 is the only movie to win a
Golden Globe for best film that also has a View-Master
reel?!?

It is not always as easy as you might think to make a
cg film into a stereo film.  There are many tricks
that we use to speed up production such as flat
paintings for backgrounds, and many other tricks that
would need to be pulled out and re-worked if a stereo
version was needed.

The CG TV show I am animating on right now uses a LOT
of aspects that would never work in stereo.
