P3D Don't live in Pennsylvania!

I'm going to photograph 3 rivers stadium, and several city blocks in
downtown Pittsburgh. Many buildings will be torn down to make way for a
new cultural / retail district. The citizens voted the new projects down
but they will be built anyway. It seems that Pennsylvania is a
"commonwealth" state so many laws don't apply here. The craziest thing
is "eminent domain" which allows the city to take real-estate without
compensation. Many businesses are getting thrown out and must relocate.
The city will pay them zero compensation! It looks like I may be
photographing the first riot of the new millenium too! BTW, my boro is
taking a chunk of my property for a sewer project........and I have to
pay them $9,500 within 18 months or else! I'll be taking photos of my
property also....documenting the destruction of trees, the lawn etc. I
don't recall an opportunity to vote on the sewer project....but I guess
it wouldn't matter anyhow. I'll have lots of pictures of these crimes in
progress!:-) Might have to sell the X4 and move to Cleveland! :-)
