For large runs of VM custom reels you can get them directly from
Fisher-Price. Their web site is

Costs, lead time, general operating procedures, etc. are
covered at site. You do need to shoot with slide film,
print is not acceptable.
Smaller runs can be done by Rich Dubnow's company. Don't
know if he can do it from print film or not.
