P3D Web pages vs Photo 3D

Going through some Photo-3D digests before deleting them, I noticed this
comment by George Themelis:

I may be the only one out in the sticks, but I normally cannot access the
web(I am in Bangladesh). The pieces written by George, Abraham, Larry and
others are usually very informative, but the trend of referring to webpages
makes this information not easily accessible, to me at least :-). Anyway,
what is the point of Photo-3D if things are not discussed here? I guess
people should give at least a summary line of sorts with each webpage
refence!
