So, David, am I in your "kill file", or are you just in digest mode? :-)

I agree with all these and add:

5) They can scratch the emulsion
6) They can be unusable due to sealed/malformed pockets
7) They shed "paper dust"

Their sole selling point seems to be ease-of-use.
