P3D Slip In Mounts

Keep 1 slip-in mount and throw the rest away. I loosened the film
channels with tweezers and after repeated previewing use, the dust goes
away. Breaking in a single mount works well and the chips slide in and
out easily. Here is a better idea.......remove the diffuser from the
cheapie Reel-3D viewer ( SV-1?) Place the chips on a light table and lay
the viewer on the chips.....quick and easy previewing! How to keep the
chips in place on the light table? A piece of acrylic with a raised
straight edge, a large rubberband around the light table, or why not
glue 2 RBT mounting pins at the top of your light table? This works very
well if the film is flattened first. 2x2 pairs can be viewed just as
easily by placing then on a straight edge and lying the viewer directly
on top. Don't forget to remove the diffuser first. :-)
