P3D Re: Slip in mounting
Given the choice below, as much as I would _LOVE_ to eat at the gourmet
restaurant, I would have to choose McDonalds. Why? Time! My kids are
not yet old enough to be able to sit still long enough to wait for a
meal as prepared at a fine gourmet restaurant. Even waiting for an IHOP
or Denny's meal is pushing it most of the time. Thus, we look for the
"fast" eateries, i.e. something with a drive thru or buffet line.
It is also so with slide mounting. I would prefer to use the slip-ins
because it appears that this would be the fastest method of mounting.
That translates, to me anyway, more mounting in less time. Right now I
use heat seal. Again, because of the speed in mounting. Sure, I'd love
to be able to spend a couple of hours and work on precision mounting in
RBTs or whatever. The reality of our household prohibits this just as
it prohibits eating at a fine gourmet restaurant.
