P3D bad addresses

I've got a couple of bad address, such as

mail08.gte-hosting.net

which appears to perhaps be connected with IDT.NET.

These are being quite difficult to track down (WEIRD configuration
at the other end), so I am pretty sure I'll just delete all accounts
at these locations. If you get deleted, just re-sub with your
CURRENT address at

Also, we have turned on access again (probably temporarily) for
usa.net - however if we receive another attack under that name,
it will be permanently disabled. Anyone whom is getting e-mail there
*may* want to consider setting up an additional e-mail account
elsewhere (suggestion - stay away from aol and hotmail - many attacks
also come from there).
