For the record, Steve created his web page and Harold Baize is 
given credit for coming up with the RBT jig method on that page. I 
took it upon myself to slightly modify it in a way I think is more user 
friendly. I in NO WAY am taking ANY credit in the conception of this 
method of mounting, I am just a very happy user and very outspoken 
advocate *{;-)
